Townhouse Boutique Hotel Zurich, Zurich

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location just two blocks from the main train station—ideal for catching trains and exploring Zurich. My room was small but tidy, with a cozy atmosphere that felt more like a charming boutique than a typical hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Carlos, who helped us out when we faced an initial hiccup with our booking. However, I did find the room a bit noisy at times, especially facing the street, which might be something to consider if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel boasts an exceptional central location, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff provided outstanding service, especially during check-in. While the room was comfortable, I did miss having air conditioning, which might be a consideration during warmer months. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety at a reasonable price. Overall, it's a charming place with a great atmosphere, but you'll want to think about the lack of A/C if you're visiting in the summer.
