Reviews and Ratings
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location just two blocks from the main train station—ideal for catching trains and exploring Zurich. My room was small but tidy, with a cozy atmosphere that felt more like a charming boutique than a typical hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Carlos, who helped us out when we faced an initial hiccup with our booking. However, I did find the room a bit noisy at times, especially facing the street, which might be something to consider if you're a light sleeper.
The hotel boasts an exceptional central location, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff provided outstanding service, especially during check-in. While the room was comfortable, I did miss having air conditioning, which might be a consideration during warmer months. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety at a reasonable price. Overall, it's a charming place with a great atmosphere, but you'll want to think about the lack of A/C if you're visiting in the summer.
The boutique hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and the main shopping areas, making it perfect for exploring Zurich. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with nice amenities, although the lack of air conditioning can be a downside during hotter months. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. However, breakfast could use more variety to enhance the dining experience.
I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel, which boasts a charming atmosphere and is conveniently located near the train station. The room I stayed in was spacious with its own terrace, although the stairs were a bit steep. The service was attentive, making my experience pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s policy on non-refundable bookings, which left a sour note on my overall impression.
I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel! The rooms were quaint and stylishly decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally polite and helped me with local recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring Zurich’s attractions. However, the breakfast wasn't included, which I found a bit disappointing, and accessing the 6th floor required a bit of effort due to stairs. Overall, I got great value for my money during my visit!
